Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a part‑time General Dentist to join our patient‑focused practice. The dentist will manage the complete clinical patient experience, from exam to delivery of care, including in-office endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

We offer a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, flexible scheduling (2–3 days per week), and opportunities for CE and professional growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Hepatitis B vaccination proof.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
