Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a Part-time General Dentist to join our team. You will work 2–3 days per week, with hours from 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM, and a daily guarantee or percentage of collections up to 36%.

You will provide comprehensive care from exams to treatment planning and delivery, including in-office specialty services. We support ongoing CE and professional growth within a collaborative, dentist-led practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient\'s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients\' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care.

Education
