Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team in Fleetwood. The role covers the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery, including in-office specialties and a strong patient flow each month.

The position emphasizes preventive care, treatment planning, and collaboration with specialists within a well-established practice. Applicants should hold a DMD/DDS, be licensed, vaccinated for Hep B, insured for malpractice, and CPR-certified.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
