Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with active state license.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the state.
• Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain patient records and interpret X-rays.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
