Job summary

Community Smiles is seeking a dentist to support the Waukesha and Menomonee Falls clinics in Wisconsin. The dentist will collaborate with the clinical team to provide compassionate, high-quality dental care and to lead by example in daily operations.

Minimum requirements include a DDS or DMD, unrestricted Wisconsin license, CPR and DEA credentials, and ongoing CE compliance. The role includes patient care, treatment planning, and staff mentorship within a mission-driven practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Unrestricted Wisconsin dental license.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification and ability to recertify biannually.
• DEA license with renewal eligibility.
• Maintain continuing education per state board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries, and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain high standard of patient care and clinical excellence.
• Supervise dental staff and mentor team members as needed.
• Ensure accurate patient records, treatment notes, and billing codes.
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold mission and core values.
