Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking a qualified Pediatric Dentist to dedicate to the oral health of children. Responsibilities include exams, radiographs, restorations, extractions, preventative care, sedation, and coordinating with staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires a US-accredited DDS/DMD, completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency, and an active Wisconsin license. DEA/CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school.
• Must have completed a Pediatric Dentistry Residency to become a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.
• Active and unrestricted Dental License to practice in Wisconsin.
• Active Federal DEA/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine exams for patients to assess dental condition and diagnose issues.
• Utilize dental equipment for evaluation and treatment.
• Restore and extract teeth; replace missing teeth; provide preventive treatments.
• Administer local anesthetic to keep patients comfortable during procedures.
• Follow PPE and infection control protocols; coordinate with labs as needed.
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate and collaborate with NorthLakes providers.
• Work with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Integrate care across NorthLakes services to support patient outcomes.
