Noble Community Clinics in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, is hiring a General Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. The role focuses on diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and education to promote oral health within a patient-centered care model.

The position requires a DDS/DMD, Wisconsin license eligibility, and BLS certification, with opportunities to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry (D.D.S. or D.M.D.).
• Current license (or eligibility) to practice dentistry in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures.
• Review patient medical/dental histories and overall health at each visit.
• Chart and report oral findings to patients.
• Prescribe medications as needed and document care per policies.
• Design and fabricate dentures or other appliances to replace missing teeth.
• Provide preventive dental care and patient education on oral hygiene and diet.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for referrals or consultations.
