Job summary

42 North Dental in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This part-time role features two Saturday mornings per month, competitive daily rate, and access to continuing education and generous benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans with patients
• Maintain and update dental records
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests
• Perform restorative and preventive care
• Carry out surgical procedures in the oral cavity
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Stay current with new developments and CE opportunities
