Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our team part-time, two Saturdays per month from 7AM-12PM, with a patient-centered focus on comprehensive care.

In this role you will manage the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, offering in-office services across general dentistry and related specialties, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS
