42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care to patients, from initial exams and treatment planning to delivery of care in a busy practice. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong emphasis on patient education and preventive care.

The role supports a part-time schedule (two Saturdays per month, 7AM-12PM) and benefits via a full-time eligibility path.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
