Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist for a part-time position with a consistent patient flow and opportunities for growth. The role covers the full clinical patient experience from initial exam through treatment planning and delivery of care, including in-office specialties.

A strong emphasis is placed on continuing education and maintaining the highest standards of care. Benefits include health insurance (HSA optional), dental/vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention
Diagnose oral diseases
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
Review treatment plan options with patients
Review and update patients' medical and dental records
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
Maintain highest standard of care and ethics
Stay updated on new developments and best practices through continuing education
