Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Part-time General Dentist to join our team. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

We offer a competitive annual rate with benefits, flexible scheduling (Tuesdays/Thursdays and every other Friday), and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and our own CE events.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth/bone/soft tissues.
