Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our collaborative practice. You’ll work 2–3 days per week with options during 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections.

The role covers the full clinical patient experience, including exams, treatment planning, and delivering care across general dentistry and in-office specialties. Competitive benefits accompany part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance suitable to practice dentistry.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery.
• Diagnose oral diseases and discuss treatment options with patients.
• Create and present treatment plans to maintain oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests to guide care.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with developments.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance
