42 North Dental seeks a Part-time General Dentist to join our Hollidaysburg, PA practice. You will oversee the full patient journey from exam and planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Schedule is 2–3 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a daily guarantee or percentage of collections up to 36%. Benefits include health coverage, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities and more.

Qualificações

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
