Job summary
42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our patient-focused practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties available.
Schedule: 2-3 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–7 PM; daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections; benefits include health insurance with HSA, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE opportunities, and more. This role offers competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention
- Diagnose oral diseases
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Create and review treatment plans with patients
- Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care
- Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity
- Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism and care
