Job summary

Platinum Dental is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our caring team in Lakewood, Colorado. This role focuses on preventive care, patient education, and quality hygiene services, with a schedule on Thursdays and Fridays from 7am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including preventive and periodontal services within your scope of practice.
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other authorized hygiene procedures.
• Assess patients' oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease and other dental concerns.
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and personalized treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to develop and support comprehensive patient care plans.
• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, compassion, and trust.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment while following infection control protocols.
• Stay current with dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.
