Job summary

Platinum Dental is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Utah team. You’ll provide comprehensive hygiene care, educate patients, and collaborate with dentists to support lifelong oral health in a supportive environment.

Schedule: Mondays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursdays 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, and Fridays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including preventive and periodontal services
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing

• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team to support care plans

What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Platinum Dental, you'll play an essential role in helping patients maintain healthy smiles while building lasting relationships through education, prevention, and personalized care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including preventive and periodontal services within your scope of practice

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other authorized hygiene procedures

• Assess patients' oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease and other dental concerns

• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care and personalized treatment recommendations

• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to develop and support comprehensive patient care plans

• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, compassion, and trust

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment while following infection control protocols

• Stay current with dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient experiences

What We’re Looking For
