Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Russell, KS to perform medication deliveries within the city and provide top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and handle physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

  • Make medication deliveries to patients within the city limits.
  • Provide documentation and record keeping for deliveries.
  • Offer exemplary service to customers and communicate delivery plans to staff.
  • Occasional delivery of medical equipment; mileage reimbursed at federal rate.
  • Maintain a clean, organized delivery space and follow store procedures.

Salary Range: $12.00 Hourly

Our team is growing! We are now accepting applications for part-time employment as a Delivery Specialist.

We are seeking candidates who excel in providing prompt, friendly, and positive experiences for patients and team members. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, the ability to multi-task, and paying close attention to detail.

A positive attitude, strong communication, and some computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license is required. Customer service and/or medical services-related experience preferred.

TASKS AND DUTIES
DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Make medication deliveries of medication and products to patients as needed (generally within the city limits)
  • Provide proper documentation and record keeping for deliveries made to customers
  • Provide exemplary service to customers
  • Communicate with other employees in the store on the delivery plan
  • Occasional delivery of medical equipment
  • Use of personal vehicle may occasionally be required – mileage to be reimbursed at federal rate
OTHER
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work space in the delivery vehicle
  • Occasionally shared housekeeping duties such as sweeping, dusting, cleaning, etc. of the delivery vehicle
  • Function within the limits of the law and Midwest Family Health policies and procedures and the employee manual
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to assist in the smooth, efficient operation of the store
