Job summary

Jasper Engines and Transmissions in Visalia, CA is seeking a Part-Time Delivery Driver to join our branch team. You will load/unload, safely drive a 20-24' box truck, and deliver with strong customer service. No overnight shifts, weekends, or CDL required, with DOT compliance expectations.

Schedule is two days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays), 10-hour shifts; additional days possible. On-the-job training, 401(k) with match, ESOP shares, and competitive starting pay of $21/hour are included to

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain licensure/endorsement for 20-24' box truck, DOT Medical Card required.
• Experience driving a 20-24' box truck preferred but not required.
• Basic GPS navigation skills and safe driving awareness are essential.
• Ability to lift/move products using pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and drive a 20-24' box truck.

Job Overview

Duties Include:

• Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24' box truck.
• Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service.
• Following DOT rules and regulations.
• Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.
• Assisting with branch warehouse support.

Schedule

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. (CDL is not required)
• Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of how to use a GPS.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.
