Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Chicago is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver products from branches, receive and prepare orders, and assist customers in person or by phone. You will load and unload, monitor inventory, and operate color retrieval and paint mixing equipment as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, a valid driver’s license, and a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with hours aligned to branch needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment is preferred.
• Customer service, retail or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and load/unload safely.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and assist with inventory.
