Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at our North Aurora, IL location. You will handle order preparation for delivery or pickup, assist customers in person and over the phone, and operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include processing sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a clean, organized stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work all scheduled hours, including potential schedule variations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load orders for delivery or pickup per schedule.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow company policies.
• Keep stockroom organized and ensure safety and quality service standards.
• Support inventory control and participate in regular safety training.
