Job summary

Coborn’s is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team. We provide training; you bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn and serve guests with a friendly, engaging approach.

You’ll slice, weigh, and package meat and cheese, prepare salads, stock cases, and help with catering orders while following all food safety guidelines. A welcoming, team‑oriented environment and employee benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Basic food safety awareness preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deli environment.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case where applicable.
• Stock deli case and product areas; keep them visually appealing.
• Prepare meat/cheese trays and other merchandised items.
• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.
• May wash dishes, mix ingredients, assemble catering orders, bake/fry.
