Walt Churchill’s Market in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Part-Time Deli Team Member to assist at the deli counter. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, packaging deli items, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, enjoy working with the public, and show attention to detail while handling food items. Evening and weekend availability is required, with benefits and employee stock ownership opportunities available.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers promptly, answering questions, and assisting with purchases
• Package, wrap, price, and merchandise Deli Department products
• Maintain product knowledge of deli case items: cold salads, dips, lunchmeats, cheeses, etc.
• Properly date items, check dates on all products to ensure freshness, and properly rotate stock
• Maintain general sanitation practices, food safety practices, and food storage practices according to store and health department standards. Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, washing dishes, and more.
• Prepare some cold salads, dips, and grab-n-go items, including but not limited to: pasta salads, potato salads, coleslaw, tuna salad, grab-n-go pizzas, lettuce salads, sandwiches, wraps, and dips
