Schnuck Markets, Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk in Missouri to provide friendly service, slice and weigh meats and cheeses, and help maintain fresh, well-presented deli displays.

This role requires availability 8am-6pm, weekends, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; training provided; emphasis on teamwork and customer care.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, follow food safety guidelines, and enjoy working with the public.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to translate pounds and ounces into decimals.
• Food safety awareness and gloves usage.
• Team player with good customer service.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly service to customers, in person and on the phone.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses; confirm thickness with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Operate deli equipment safely and handle knives.
• Assist with product stocking, rotation, and display prep.
• Offer samples and suggest products to customers.
• Answer phones and take special orders.
