Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation guidelines and food safety protocols.
• Cook meats, seafood, and vegetables using frying, grilling, roasting, and sauteing methods.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and slicers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Assist with food preparation tasks and collaborate with team members.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to the deli manager.
