Cosentino's Sun Fresh in Kansas City seeks a part-time Deli Cook to join our fast-paced deli team. The role focuses on preparing sandwiches, salads, and sides while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong time management and a customer-service mindset, able to work on-site and handle multiple tasks, including opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced deli environment preferred.
• Valid Food Handler's Card required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Prepare deli items including sandwiches and salads following recipes.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation with sanitation guidelines.
• Cook meats, seafood, and vegetables using frying, grilling, roasting and sauteing.
• Operate kitchen equipment like grills, ovens, and slicers.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle special requests.
• Assist with food prep and inventory reporting to manager.
