Festival Foods in Darboy, WI seeks a Part-Time Deli Clerk to join our fast-paced retail deli team. You will prepare and serve deli items, help guests with meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and support the team with daily operations.

Responsibilities include providing friendly service, helping guests find items, fulfilling orders, and maintaining food safety and quality. Flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and guest-service oriented.
• Clear communication skills for in-store interactions.
• Ability to quickly assess and address guest needs and issues.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and proper handling in deli operations.
• Understanding of perishable food handling and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service by greeting guests and answering questions professionally.
• Assist guests in locating items and answering deli calls with courtesy.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to detail.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Inspect and rotate deli products to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory levels in deli storage (containers, lids, tags, etc).
• Lead food-safety logs and follow all safety policies.
• Meet quality standards and quantity expectations by set times.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and plan for replacements when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
