Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese for guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case where applicable.
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products for sale.
• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.
• Dish washing and mixing ingredients for catering orders may be required.
