Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Framingham, MA is seeking a Part Time Deli Clerk to slice, package, weigh deli items, and assist Members in the deli department. You’ll maintain display cases and ensure product freshness in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and following safety and quality standards. Must be 18+, with deli experience and familiarity with slicers and scales preferred.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members.
• Slices, packages, weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments.
• Displays, stocks, rotate, and stores deli products following food safety policies.
• Ensures deli cooler shelves and display cases have a wide variety of product.
• Operates and handles deli equipment in accordance with safety policies.
• Maintains scale systems and ensures items are weighed and priced accurately.
