Qualifications

Ability to perform arithmetic calculations with fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
Commitment to food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to safely operate deli equipment such as slicer and fryer.
Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service. Treat customers as top priority.
Greet customers and assist in the deli/bakery area.
Take orders at the deli counter, slice, weigh, date, label and wrap products.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the work area.
Monitor temperatures of hot and cold units for safe holding.
