Join a leading grocery store as a Part Time Deli Bakery Clerk, where you'll focus on customer satisfaction through food preparation and excellent service. This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to create an excellent place to work and shop.
Key duties include preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Fresh Foods Standards, providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage products.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to English-speaking customers and associates.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurements.
Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Completion of company training including orientation, food sanitation, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
Must be able to stand, walk, handle, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift/move up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds) and reach from 6-72 inches. Specific vision abilities required include close, color, and depth perception.
