Southeast Warren Community School District in Liberty Center, IA is seeking a part-time Daycare Associate to support early childhood activities and supervision. Immediate start available; includes working day and evening shifts due to enrollment growth.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with young students, and the ability to relate well with students, staff, and parents. A DCI and FBI background check are required to be completed before hire.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent expected.
• Experience working with young students in a supporting role.
• Ability to relate positively to students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisor or administrator.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in student monitoring and general supervision.
• Advocates for students and encourages learning.
• Monitors health needs and reports changes to supervisor/principal.
• Develops positive rapport with students and parents.
• Adheres to district policies and procedures for student success.
• Maintains accurate student records (attendance, fees, health).
• Meets with students one-on-one for attention.
• Maintains confidentiality in student/administrative matters.
• Assists in developing new programs to improve student success.
• Maintains a healthy, clean, orderly Day Care environment.
• Reports unusual circumstances affecting attitude or attendance.
• Models ethical behavior and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
