Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care for residents in a Park River, ND setting. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, educating residents, and performing clinical interventions. A current RN license and a Bachelor’s in nursing are preferred, with opportunities for leadership as a charge

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Assess residents and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as needed.
