• Active NH LNA license required.
• Experience caring for seniors preferred.
• Ability to work a part-time day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility and nursing care per care plan.
• Develop professional relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with assessments and treatment procedures per policy.
• Follow infection control guidelines and standard precautions.
• Document care using LNA flow sheets and care plans.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
