Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel using an Agency vehicle.
• CPI certification required (training provided by Lifesteps).
• First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain within six months; Lifesteps provides training.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily activities including crafts, community outings, and life skills development.
• Observe and report participant progress to ensure appropriate support.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for participants and staff.
• Transport participants in an Agency vehicle for community-based activities.
