Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Mount Vernon, IA is seeking a part-time Day Porter to maintain office and common areas in a clean, orderly condition. You will perform tasks such as cleaning lobby doors, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash receptacles, and sanitizing restrooms, with emphasis on safety and punctuality.

The role is on-site with flexible, part-time hours and daily pay options through DailyPay. You will report to the Management Office and assist the building engineer as needed.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day
• Inspect restrooms and clean as needed; empty exterior trash receptacles
• Sweep entrances, stairwells, and common areas; remove debris
• Police lobby during high-traffic times and report lights or solicitors to Management Office
