Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Las Vegas, NV invites applications for a Part-Time Day Porter. The role focuses on keeping lobbies, hallways and shared spaces clean and orderly across commercial properties by performing routine cleaning and safety tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include spot cleaning glass doors, vacuuming elevator cabs and lobbies, restrooms checks, trash handling, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting building engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Follows instructions and completes tasks on time.
• Adheres to safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe cab doors, walls and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and clean lobby area daily as needed.
• Sweep stairwells, entrances and remove debris from landscaped areas.
• Report lights out, security concerns, and solicitors to Management.
• Police lobby to keep floors free of debris during high traffic.
• Assist building Engineer as directed by Management.
