Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior areas and pick up trash throughout the day.
• Empty exterior trash receptacles and check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby carpets and dust mop floors as needed; sweep entrances.
• Report lights, security issues, or maintenance concerns to Management.
