Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in San Francisco is seeking a part-time Dance Instructor to lead our fitness classes and energize participants.

You will deliver new routines, maintain safety, and foster a motivational studio atmosphere, reporting on-time and professionally.

Qualifications include at least one year of group exercise leadership, a national certification, CPR/AED, and ability to teach licensed formats if applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate fitness classes.
• Develop fresh routines and sequences for sessions.
• Maintain safety and class flow, ensuring participants are engaged and progressing.
