Job summary

Exos in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Pilates Group Exercise Specialist to join our team. You will lead engaging group classes, develop fresh routines, and motivate participants with a professional, collaborative approach.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience leading Pilates sessions, a current nationally accredited Pilates certification, and CPR/AED certification. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience leading Pilates private sessions and group classes on apparatus.
• Current nationally accredited Pilates certification (e.g. BASI, PMA, Balance Body, Peak Pilates).
• An instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Pilates group classes and create new routines.
• Maintain professionalism, be punctual, and motivate participants.
• Collaborate with studio team and be flexible in leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
