Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise instructor in San Francisco to lead engaging fitness classes and deliver fresh, innovative routines. You will motivate participants, uphold professional standards, and collaborate with teammates in a flexible leadership role.

Requirements include 1+ year leading group classes, a current accredited certification, and CPR/AED; First Aid is a plus. This role may involve both studio-based and remote coordination within EXOS programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA).
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead fitness group exercise classes for participants.
• Create and deliver new, fresh and innovative routines.
• Report on-time with a positive attitude and motivate others.
• Collaborate with team and flexibly lead in-studio.
