Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leading group classes, holds a nationally accredited certification, and maintains CPR/AED certification. Training for branded formats is required where applicable, with compensation per unit.

Qualifications

• One year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes and demonstrate routines.
• Create and deliver fresh, innovative workout sequences.
• Maintain punctuality and a positive, motivating attitude during sessions.
• Collaborate with studio staff and adapt to participant needs.
