We are looking for an individual with specialized Dance experience and a passion for mentorship, capable of supporting program participants of various ages.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 2-3 years of specialized Dance experience.
• Ability to physically assist (spot) program participants.

Responsibilities

• Encourage program participants providing excellent service.
• Reinforce YMCA values through example.
• Provide a safe learning environment for participants.
