Qualifications

• Demonstrated 3-5 years in Dance training experience.
• Some college education or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coaching and sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct YMCA Sports Program instruction according to standards.
• Ensure a safe learning environment for participants.
• Encourage students and provide a positive YMCA experience.

Skills

Ability to work with and be sensitive to others

Ability to physically assist participants
