Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, friendly customer service to customers and team members.
• Greet customers and address them by name when possible.
• Assist customers by escorting to products, securing out-of-reach items, and helping with loading/unloading heavy items.
• Rotate, replenish merchandise and maintain department cleanliness and displays; build end caps as needed.
• Unload trucks, place products in storage areas, organize storage, and place orders as requested by the department manager.
