Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, friendly customer service and treats customers as the most important people in the store.
• Greets customers and helps locate products or answer questions.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise and maintains high quality standards.
• Unloads trucks and places product in appropriate storage areas.
• Keeps the department clean and organized, including cases and floors.
• Builds end caps and displays; assists in weekly replenishment as needed.
• Orders product and supplies requested by the department manager.
• Ensures storage is organized and the area is safe and temperature controlled.
• Adheres to hygiene, dress guidelines and company policies.
