Job summary

American Welding and Gas, Inc. is seeking a part-time Fill Plant Operator at our Tullahoma, TN facility. Primary duties include manufacturing compressed gas and liquid products, pre-fill inspection, filling, labeling, and quarantine analysis prior to shipment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, verifying cylinder specs, performing inspections, labeling, paperwork accuracy, and ensuring regulatory compliance with cGMP, HazMat, OSHA. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to read and interpret gauges and analog dials.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs. and operate forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow all SOPs.
• Ensure manifold meets required specifications daily.
• Ensure all cylinders pass pre-fill inspections prior to filling.
• Fill cylinders as outlined in the SOP.
• Move compressed gas or liquid cylinders.
• Label cylinders correctly.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork.
• Comply with cGMP, HazMat, OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
