Zusammenfassung

HireSava, a fast-growing US eCommerce company in the pet health space, is hiring a part-time Customer Support Associate to cover US-timezone shifts (~15 hours/week). You'll work with our Asia-based CS lead, following written SOPs, and help customers via email and chat.

Starting pay is $6 per hour with monthly payments. There is a clear path to full-time as we grow. You should have 1+ year of ecommerce support, strong English, and familiarity with store tools like Gorgias, Shopify, or GoHighLevel.

Qualifikationen

• Write excellent, warm, native-level English.
• 1+ year in customer support (eCommerce preferred).
• Have used help-desk or store tools. Gorgias, Shopify, or a CRM like GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Are reliable, and have stable internet plus a backup for load-shedding.

The role

You'll cover our US-timezone support shift so customers get help around the clock. You'll work alongside our Asia-based Customer Success lead, who will train you and give you our written SOPs.

Schedule & pay

~15 hours/week: every Sunday + 2–3 weekdays , US hours

$6/hr to start, paid on time every month
