Job summary

Dollar Tree in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with store operations, from merchandising to customer support. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while ensuring a welcoming and safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, and handling transactions with accuracy. The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and reliability in a part-time setting.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely
• Merchandising and stocking
• Maintaining store cleanliness including bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and trash
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned
