Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help with merchandising and stocking. You will handle transactions, maintain a clean, safe environment, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or service experience; lifting up to 50 lbs and physical duties are part of the job. Part-time hours available in Maple Grove, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store advantageous.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills expected.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity; basic math proficiency for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers and maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register and protect assets.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper upkeep of bathrooms and floors.
• Collaborate with leaders and associates to meet store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
